Complete refurbishment and fit out of over 200 rooms and public areas in Karen. Situated on a 57 acre campus, the refurbishment of the KCB Learning Centre was planned such that it redefined the Centre as a key learning centre and conference facility within the greater Nairobi area.

The key to transforming the existing buildings was the idea that the Centre should be made up of contemporary, unique, functional spaces with ethnic accents to the interiors.
