Led by Chief Executive Officer Suzanne Watts who adds 25 years to the firm with her seasoned experience in interior planning, the competent team bring in a refreshing new energy to empower the projects with some of the most inspiring solutions in our industry.
After more than a decade working in Nairobi’s Interior Design sector, Suzanne launched Studio 62 over 20 years ago. Since its beginnings, Suzanne has built Studio 62 into one of the region’s leading Interior Design consultancies. With the Company’s recent merger and restructuring, Suzanne continues as the on in Studio 62 as their Chief Executive Officer.
Having started with her first job at Studio 62 as junior designer, Jaz gained a lot of experience under Suzanne. After a couple of years with the company she moved to Citron Decor Centre as General Manager. The company was a local distributor for Kohler and Italian kitchen manufacturer Arrex. Jaz underwent training in both kitchens and bathrooms in Germany and Italy to further her understanding of joinery and plumbing. Studio Aurora was later set up in 2011 by Jaz, a company providing interior design consultancy services and worked on key residential projects in Kenya such as Crystal Edge along with multiple private residential projects.
In 2019 Studio Aurora and Studio 62 Interiors merged operating under the Studio 62 name bringing an extensive amount of experience to the table.
Having worked for the company for over 17 years, Rose an IT graduate was initially employed as a receptionist and over the years she rose through the ranks to become the Administrative Director after the Company’s recent merger and restructuring.
